Prepared for complex care

What sets the care apart, in plain terms.

No founder photo. No stock smiles. The people who show up are the company, and this is what they are trained to do.

  • Two-person transfers, on purpose

When a transfer needs two people, we schedule two people for that window. No single caregiver improvising a lift.

  • 20-hour Medicaid PCA curriculum

Every caregiver completes the state personal care aide standard plus our transfer training before a first solo shift.

  • Honest about scope

Class B means non-skilled care. We say what we do not do, and we help you find skilled care when that is what is needed.

  • A small, consistent team

Complex care depends on familiarity. Clients get the same two or three caregivers, not a rotation of strangers.

  • Private pay and Medicaid CFC

Approved Health First Colorado CFC provider. We also work with LTC insurance reimbursement and CIH and BI waiver pathways.

  • Intake answered 24/7

Discharges do not happen on a schedule. Neither does our intake line.

How it works

Three steps. The first one is the only one you have to take.

  1. 1

    Reach out. Any hour.

Call any hour, or email the care team. A coordinator follows up the same day.

  2. 2

    Assessment within 48 hours.

At home, at the hospital, or at rehab before discharge. We look at where transfers happen and write a plan you can read.

  3. 3

    Matched, then consistent.

Caregivers matched for the physical work and for temperament. You get a text after the first shift and a review at week three.

Discharge planners, case managers, therapists

Refer a patient with one call. We take it from there.

Bedside assessments before discharge, same-week starts, and a status update back to you after every assessment. Private pay, Medicaid CFC, and LTC insurance.

Questions families ask on the first call

What does Class B mean, and what can you not do?+

A Colorado Class B home care agency provides non-skilled personal care: bathing, dressing, transfers, meals, and daily routines. We do not provide skilled nursing, wound care, or medication administration. If a need is skilled, we will say so and help you find the right provider.

How fast can care start?+

The intake line is answered 24/7. We schedule an assessment, usually within 48 hours, and care begins as soon as the care plan and caregiver match are confirmed. Post-discharge starts are often the same week.

Do you take Medicaid?+

Yes. A Daughter's Love is an approved Health First Colorado (Medicaid) CFC personal care provider and supports care pathways associated with the CIH and BI waivers. We also accept private pay and work with long-term care insurance reimbursement.

Will the same caregiver come each time?+

That is the goal, and it is why we match for the physical side of care and for temperament. Clients with two-person transfers get a small, consistent team rather than a rotation.

One call. Answered by a person. Any hour.

Tell us the situation and the timeline. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
